2 Leva registered capital for Bulgarian companies


From November 2009 there was an amendment in the Bulgarian Commercial Code as it became possible the Bulgarian companies to be registered with minimum 2 leva capital. The old legislation before November 2009 has been requiring the Bulgarian companies to be registered with minimum 5, 000 leva capital.
The capital of one company is always a constant quantity. Its meaning is related with the responsibility of the company. One company should be responsible about its actions before third parties with its capital in case if the company has not property or other assets during the years from its registration.
